How to configure the crushing production line of gold ore?

Gold ore refers to the gold bearing ore produced by artificial or mechanical mining from a gold mine. For becoming a fine gold and gold product, gold ore needs to be refined. The process includes crushing, grinding and beneficiation.

According to the physical property and combining market requirements, Kefid advised a production line, which is composed by vibration feeder, jaw crusher, vibration screen, HPT hydraulic cone crusher and HST hydraulic cone crusher and so on

.

Raw materials are send into jaw crusher by vibration feeder for primary crushing. Then broken materials are screened and transmitted to HST hydraulic cone crusher for second crushing. HPT hydraulic cone crusher can finish the final crushing. The materials that meet the fineness requirements are collected to finished warehouse, and the non conformity will be crushed again.
